I need to change my website template (in photoshop) for HTML and install it

I already have a running website [login to view URL] and using 3dcart shopping cart.
I want to change my template design, and I've already had the design in photoshop
Will need somebody to convert it into HTML and install it in my 3dcart.
Below is some of the pages that have been designed in photoshop. I will put the other files in a file sharing (the file is far too big for me to attach all at once)
-The navigation on the left should populate from 3d carts categories.
-The "flash" image should be able to upload instantly without any HTML programming required.
The top links will be:
Home
About Us
Order Status
Contact us
Blog
At the homepage menu:
New arrival, Best Seller and Promo will link directly to the suitable categories.
New Arrival and Best Seller is randomly selected by 3dcart
Featured Items is also selected internally from 3dcart
The blog at the homepage is directly linked with the blog provided by 3dcart
I really need somebody who is experience with the 3dcart system, to make it easier for me to communicate this.
