Job Description:
I need a one page design based on the look and feel provided on [login to view URL] file attached in the archive.
Basically, we have a page listing some people with their contact data.
The web page has fixed dimensions (see the [login to view URL] file for width and height attributes) because the page will be exported as png file. The person "widgets" will be generated dynamically from code, and that is why the divs flow one after the other.
The necessary images (background, etc) will be provided to the bid winner.
The page must look nicer than the provided mockup from the docx file, the contact details must be nicely aligned and the phone, fax, mobile icons can be replaced with others that fit better.

I forgot to mention that the page will be exported to png images and a slideshow with them will be displayed on TV sets located on hallways of some public institutions, so the typeface must me clean so that the text is easy to read.
