I'm starting my own small business and would like someone to create a complete website for me. My budget is very small, less than $100 Canadian. I'm looking for something with a flash intro and a flash banner, but they are not really necessary if they will cost too much. I already have a CPanel where I can install scripts instantly, if that will help. I can install a shopping cart, a forum, guestbook, chat, livehelp, etc. from my CPanel (I just don't know how). I'd also like to use the autoresponder, so that I can send a welcome message every time somebody signs up for my service. If this project is successful, I'm starting another small business entirely unrelated, and would be able to use you again if happy with the result. I'll also be needing a logo - something simple. The website should be classy and professional, with warm colours. I need something fairly quick - something that will take less than a month to build. The sooner the better. Please let me know if this is something doable and within your price range.
