Need help, previous GAF worker has hacked my website

The title is pretty straight forward. Previous company that we hired on GAF did website work for us. They took 32 days longer than they had bid on, they wanted double the amount what the bid was for. We paid them for their bid amount and left the project uncompleted. Now 1 day latter they have started attacking all the sites we have hosted on this account. Attached is a file that will give the website affected. I have uploaded the most recent clean backup, but they have something installed that is allowing access to one of the sites, and allowing them to edit it remotely. This bid is for NOW..not tomorrow but today. I need this fixed ASAP!
