Need someone to updated our Clips4sale store and convert video files into different formats, create animated GIFS, type text descriptions of clips

We need someone to update our clips4sale fetish stores using movies we will provide. The site should be updated daily at least 3-4 times a day using the admin function which will allow you to schedule future updates. What we need is someone to convert the movies we have into different formats such as iPod, Divx, MOV, Mpeg 1 and 2, etc. This will allow you to update the store using the same clip and text and picture more often. The purpose of updating the store frequently is because the more you update, the more traffic and sales you get (both from being on the main page of the site and also appearing higher and faster in the searches). You should be able to write English correctly and have a computer, camcorder and video editing software. This is an ongoing project and can last months and years.
