Professional Web Designer Needed for Word Press Websites

Job Description:
I have a few projects to get done. Most are 5-7 page redesigns. The clients are small businesses, like auto repair, roofing companies, etc.
We use content from the client's current site, their Facebook, their Google Business listing, etc. and give them a much better website.
We always work in Word Press Divi and use child themes like Avanti or others.
I'll publish a blank (or perhaps with demo content from the theme) Word Press site on my server and load Word Press, Divi and the theme to use. I'll provide you with amin access for you to do your thing.
I'm going to pay $100 per project and want the project completed within 4 days.
I'm looking for a professional, which is someone that can creatively make stunning designs, can pull the content from the sources I provide, will ensure its links work, will remove unused images and pages, etc. In other words, I am looking for someone to take my project and fully complete it without me having to make lists of things that don't look right or were left undone.
I only work with Freelancers that accept the project as soon as its awarded, not those that want to do the project and accept once its done.
Lastly, please post a real bid, no placeholder bids. My budget is $100 per website. As the Word Press will be loaded for you, the template is chosen and loaded, and the content provided, my budget is $100 or less for the creative design aspect of this project.
If you need or want more money for your services or unwilling to accept the project upon being awarded, please do not bid.
On a positive note, our sales guys are doing a nice job getting us customers. If you design well without many corrections needed and you can work within my budget and time constraints, there are other projects I need to get done.
