Dear Applicants, I would like to hire one web designer on monthly bases to work with me. The work requires proper communication and timely manner work finish. I need a professional who has experience in building ecommerce websites on woo commerce , wix and wordpress. And developing for mobile , tablet and pc. Apps development is crucial. The opportunity to grow in this company is great and I would be hiring the candidate on yearly bases. But for this to happen I would monitor for three months their performance and delivery on timely manner. Minimum of 2 years of experience required with min of 8 -10 projects undertaken. I would be personally be visiting each profile before selecting the right candidate. a) 3 months of performance review b) Contract of work for a year And please do not waste my time if you are starting out new because I will test you for a month on how you work. I can make out in a week who is a professional and has experience or not ! Thank you and look forward to applicants.
