Timeline: 2-3 weeks
Requirement gathering:
Discussion with clients to assess the objectives of the website.

Collect other relevant information: any model websites provided by the client, specific performance requirements such as page speed, and design requirements.
Background analysis and project planning:
Search and analyze peer websites and benchmark the design, content, and performance of peer sites versus the current client website
Propose a preliminary project plan on the changes to be made and the expected outcome and get it approved by the client
Communicate timelines and deliverables, and budgets for the project.
Project execution
Timeline: 1-2 weeks
Sitemap creation:
Define site architecture, menus, and navigation
Prepare wireframes for the home page and other pages. Validate layout and design elements with the client.
Finalize a list of pages, their layouts, designs and contents, and desired functionality.
Develop a prototype in the sandbox using Oxygen Builder in WordPress.
Performance testing and client feedback:
Gather client feedback on each page layout, design, content, and functionality (Font face, size, colors, Hero section, Sidebars, Pop-ups, forms)
Technical SEO
Mobile and other device optimizing
Site speed optimization-maintain the web page loading speed at below 4 seconds.
Extensive testing in the sandbox for:
Site loading speed
User interface
Content: developmental editing, spelling, and grammar check
Device responsiveness
Launch website
Add Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools
Routine maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring for 3 months post-launch
