Re-build website (originally built using Squarespace) into standalone site

Dear Freelancers, We are a boutique management consultancy firm based in the UK, called Triton Associates. Our website can be found at [login to view URL] We want to re-build the website we built using Squarespace onto an independent platform (with content management system). In other words, whilst we do not mind which software the website is built with, we want it to be hosted on our own hosting independently of Squarespace (or any of their competitors), and we don’t want to pay any ongoing fee to any third party (other than, of course, our own web hosting). Key requirements: 1. Website [login to view URL] to be copied onto a new basis, with content management system, temporarily hosted by Freelancer (during development) at [login to view URL] (where [login to view URL] is Freelancer’s own hosting) 2. We would like to see 3 options for revised designs, generally including one very similar to (or the same as) the current one, and 2 alternative designs 3. We review & provide feedback, to (i) agree design, (ii) ensure website is accurately re-built and (iii) CMS works OK 4. We then provide details of our web hosting, and Freelancer uploads files to our hosting so that website works in the normal way as [login to view URL] 5. Freelancer should bid a cost and lead time; cost may not exceed $150, and lead time may not exceed 5 days (first 3 designs should be inside 24 hours) 6. Freelancer should also state which content management system they propose to use 7. Freelancer must have good reviews, and be able to show samples of previous work 8. Freelancer must look at [login to view URL] before bidding; automated bids, non-compliant bids or or bids which have clearly been submitted without first looking at [login to view URL], will be rejected. Milestones will be: 1. Three (3) designs for home/landing pages provided (as .jpg) – 15% of fee 2. Website built and verified on Freelancer’s hosting (35% of fee) 3. Website copied to our hosting, and working as [login to view URL] (50% of fee) We have substantial ongoing work for Triton Associates and our clients, and we are looking to form lasting relationships with great designers for this and future projects.
