We need a web application developing in .net c# asp to be hosted in Azure with an Azure SQL database.
The website will accept print job in the form of PDF's, convert them to JPG using pdfiumviewer (we have a website with a code example for this, and then allow the user to select the options to pass to a print room for outputting.
Two methods of uploading the PDF will be possible, one is by a user creating an account through self registration and then uploading the PDF. The second will be via an application we are developing in a different stream which will upload the PDF automatically using a printer interface, we anticipate this either just being via a form post or via a SOAP interface or similar.
All of the details of this project are in the attached PDF, feel free to clarify any issues though.
I am comfortable with the budget growing to $1000 if needed.
Bidders should be able to demonstrate the ability to process tasks in the background on a web application, in this example the file upload should proceed in the background and the document conversion to JPG will also take place in the background.
Access to a development environment and server will be available if needed.
