Design and Build a Working Prototype of a Web Application / Website

I am looking for a Designer with the following Skills :

1. Familiar with Adobe XD , If Not XD a Similar Platform Experience is required for Example , FIGMA. I am not looking for Static Designers but rather a Full Prototype Designer on a Platform.

2. Able to Talk to me / Chat with me through this portal and other viable tools in Order to be able to constantly make changes in the Designs being made and submission for closure

3. Ready to work for the Long Term and Ongoing basis since my Project is divided into Phases and I cannot keep changing designers for every phase. Only Serious Designers with commitment to their work should get in touch.

4. The Designer should be able to and have experience with Designing of Web Applications and Mobile Applications both.

The Following Things are further required to get a Project :

1. Reply with #777. Any Other Replies will be simply ignored. Read points 1 to 4 as our discussion will revolve around Points 1 to 4 to Start with.

2. Three Profile Pages of the Project will be required to be made and submitted for shortlisting a designer. Only contact if you are willing to submit some samples. We are not ready to hire without seeing some samples. If the Designer has done any Social Networking kind of Projects which involves creation of Profile Pages for Users on the Web Platform as well as Mobile Platform , Keep Them ready for submission

3. The Designer should have good Color Sense , Sensibility of UI and UX Design as well as be familiar with modern technologies.
