Design changes for a Shopify store

Job Description:
We are looking for a Shopify expert. Someone who is knowledgeable about Liquid and HTML to implement the following design changes. The budget for this work is $100 CAD.
- Place a set of small icon images in the footer
- Add a wallpaper image to the background (CSS) for the header and footer
- Create an "Add to Cart" link under the products without going direct to checkout
- The layout doesn't fill the page horizontally, it appears squeezed in the middle. We need this expanded.
- Increase the row count from "1" to "10" for the featured collection
- Create a 'recommended items' section above the footer with five tabs for products
The store is using the default Shopify "Supply" theme. A staff account will be provided for you to use. This is a development store so you are free to do your work without affecting real customer traffic.
Part of the deliverable for this project will be an email or Skype conversation that explains how you fixed each of these items.
