Design and Manage a Website for Electromagnetic Field Consulting Service

We providing testing for electromagnetic fields at homes and businesses in the Houston, Texas USA area. We would like to have a simple website that accomplishes the following: (1) an "About" section that describes the company and the history, (2) a "Services" section that describes our services, (3) a "Schedule Appointment" section that would allow someone to fill out a form to request an appointment for our services (it would have a field for a name, email, desired appointment time, size of home -- once the information is submitted, it would send us an email with the request), (4) a "Products" page that would provide links to products we recommend that are sold by other vendors (we would just re-direct to the other website and get a small fee for re-directing the web traffic if the individual makes a purchase by being re-directed from our site), and (5) a "Library" page that would have an index of topics with hyperlinks to other webpages that contain information about electromagnetic fields. I have never set up a website before, so I would need help with every aspect -- from design to domain registration to continued management. In the future, I will want to make changes and enhancements to the website, so this will be an ongoing relationship. To the extent you can assist with getting the webpage to show up in search engines, that would be helpful. I envision that we would put our logo and a few stock photos of cell phone towers, power lines and wifi routers. With time, we would add pictures of our services. In your proposal, please provide an estimate of the total number of hours you anticipate the project would take.
