Emarketing, sending out my bi-monthly Newsletter

Dear Sir, I am thinking of outsourcing my bi-monthly Newsletter and I was looking for help for this. I am using the programme "Send-in blue". Basically there is a lot of preparation work that needs to be done. Preparing the database, putting in the emails from my new contacts on LinkedIn. Preparing the Newsletter (I would set the base of course). Basically there is already an existing template, it would just need to be updated with new projects (I could put them in also or provide the content for it). It is sent out 2x a month. Each Newsletter should have different pictures, and even if I don't have new projects, it needs to look differently. That means that for each Newsletter I am changing the pictures of the projects. The database needs to be prepared. That means that unsubscribed users needs to be taken off of my excel sheet. For bounced users you would need to check in my Linkedin profile if there is a new address. Also new contacts from Linkedin would need to be added. At this moment it is referred for further details to my blog. So if things would work out, the blog would needs to be updated also, and the website. But depending on the efficiency/pricing, more marketing can be given. Like publishing in Linkedin groups.
