Generic Admin Panel Template Needed Similar to FlatLab

I am looking for a web developer / website design that would be able to create a mobile friendly template using jquery and bootstrap. This template would be for a website backend administrative panel. An example of an admin template that I love is FlatLab by VectorLab ([login to view URL]) but the licenses are too restrictive. I require full ownership of the template created - you must not give this to anyone else, use it in another persons design, or sell it. This project is to create a template like FlatLab that is not customized to any particular website but it must include all different features that the FlatLab template provides even if I do not end up using all of those features in my product. You must have a portfolio of similar projects that you have completed. I am more than willing to discuss terms for existing admin panels that you have created that you own full ownership of and would be willing to transfer ownership to me for a price. The template created must be W3C compliant in terms of both HTML5 and CSS3 - I must not get error or warning messages. All javascript (bootstrap, jquery, etc) is to load after the body onload event to make the template load faster. I must be able to sell licenses of my product on ThemeForest as well when this project is finished; this means that the product must be different yet great looking. Unique ideas are more than welcome but in the end, I require to be completely satisfied with the product. I would love to negotiate a price for this project as well as see some past work that you have done in the meantime. If you do a great job creating this admin template, I will need more than one template that user's can choose from so future work is possible. I would love to establish a great relationship on here with a designer that meets my criteria and possibly have a long-term commitment through various projects on Freelancer.com.
