Help me build a good quality Website and make some good money

I need someone who: 1. Knows how to build a succesful affiliate webpage, the nich site is already set so there is no need of seting up hosting etc. There is a need for you to know website managment so it will look good according to my set patern. If you'll have a better one in mind even better. 2. Drives lots of diverse traffic to the webpage. 3. Will teach me how to run such a site with a good one-one skype tutorial/support or premade video which will explaine everything in details. - (Additional but not neccesery) will make the webpage to run on autopilot. BIG JOB SO WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? 1. high paycheck for the whole 12 months. I don't expect you to work 12 months, but I am willing to pay you for the whole year anyway, so the sooner you set up my site, the better for us both. 1a If you manage to get the site running on autpilot and the site continues on succesfuly, there will be longer (more then 12 months / +12 months) paychecks for you, even when you'll not be working with me anymore. So your knowledge, speed and ingenuity are the ones who will pay you: - if the profits of the site go over 2200 EUR/month , you will be paid 45% of all the profits. IF the profits get even higher (+4000 EUR/month) I will raise this up to 50%. - if the profits of the site will be equal to or under 2200 EUR/month, but no less then 1100 EUR/month*, the pay will be 35% of all the webpage profit 2. Experience plus a good rating after you are done WHAT DO I EXPECT? You will agree to sign a contract with me to recive pay after each month for the whole year or more then a year (depends on your ability), the pay will be dependand on your performance. *If the profit of the website will be equal to or less then 1000 EUR/month, then you will get paid with 20% of all the profit of the webpage. If the profits willl be below 800 EUR/month, you will get 15% . This is my backup so I will get the help and results that I want to see.* I WISH to get a good and sencere webpage developer who is able to perform these tasks 100% with accuracy. So when you write to me, be sure to have lots of experience and to give and explain your credentials which can be checked! Also be sure to agree with my deal 100% because there will be no neggotiating afterwards and I’m looking for individuals who are willing to accept these terms.
