Modify Traveler WP theme layout; helpdesk,chat plugin; youtube galery

Hello, I have bought the Wordpress "Traveler - Travel/Tour/Booking WordPress Theme" (google it or check this [login to view URL] ). We want to offer "tour guides" services; we will offers personal guided tours; personal guides will uploads their guided tours to our site. We do not need now all the theme options about hotels, rentals... I need to: 1. Define theme homepage [login to view URL] 2. Disable from upper menu the "pages", "features", "rentals" and "location" 3. Reorder the line up of elements in the main menu to: Home, Tours, Activities, Hotel, Cars, Flights, Gallery & VR 360º, Partner 4. Transform the elements on main menu to: a. Home -> simple button href to index b. Tours -> simple button href to [login to view URL] ; Rename page to /[login to view URL] c. Activities -> simple button href to [login to view URL] ; Rename page to /[login to view URL] d. Hotel -> simple button href to [login to view URL] ; Rename page to /[login to view URL] e. Cars -> simple button href to [login to view URL] ; Rename page to /[login to view URL] f. Flights -> simple button href to [login to view URL] ; Rename page to /[login to view URL] g. Create "Gallery & VR360º" menu element being a simple button href to [login to view URL] ; Rename page to /[login to view URL] h. Partner -> leave it dropdown menu but delete "rental" 5. The submenu with tabs on the index needs to be modified: a. Order of elements: Tours, Activities, Hotel, Cars, Flights. "Tours" will be first and selected item on idex. b. "Tours" tab needs modification. First delete search engine and replace with the 2 rows and 4 clomns gallery of images you can find on this page [login to view URL] . So tab "Tours" only displays 8 images as content. Nothing else. c. "Activities" tab do it a simple href button to 4.c link d. "Hotel" tab do it a simple href button to 4.d link e. "Cars" tab do it a simple href button to 4.e link f. Flights tab do it a simple href button to 4.f link 6. The "last minute deal" div we have on index needs to be modified to an autoplay youtube video layout. Link of Youtube video just for example you can use [login to view URL] 7. Login and simple sign up without social sites needs to be working properly. 8. Following the template functionality, registered users need to be able to post as partners their own hotel, activity, car or tour. Deesign and programming are suposed to be almost done, just need to be set up. 9. Is there any way on this template to communicate with registered users? I mean an internal chat and/or helpdesk. If not, I need a way. 10. Fix some theme errors: a) On some tablet devices, when you click on the "weather widget" you can not scroll. b) Demo theme website takes around 10-20 secs to load. We have managed to reduce that time to 4-8 secs. 11. Add six tours to the site (we already have them on a copy of the site). Please, compress images as required by your experience. 12. You will need to set up last version of Wordpress + clean theme on any free hosting. You will have to do a howto for installing wordpress + theme + your modifications on that hosting. We will release funds once we have succesfully repeated those steps on another free account on that same hosting.
