The National Black Hair Association wishes to develope a website that caters to and is representative of ethnic models. The site should be both efficient and effective. Visitors should have the opportunity to sign up for gallery listing (fee) and upload pictures to be displayed. The NBHA desires a user friendly site that can be managed in house. The end user should be able to
register (paypal "connection" ok)
edit and update viewable and non-viewable contact information (will be provided)
upload up to 25 photos
Actual visual portfolio layout should be aggressive and have movement and music backdrop is appreciated.

This project could be considered a digital portfolio. Our desire is to grow to audio,video and live event streaming.
