Prepare my Wordpress real estate website for launch

I am brand new to real estate, and I need to launch my personal, real estate agent website as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I don’t know quite enough to fully do it myself. I currently have setup a WordPress real estate website (with only a few logos and images, but no content) and domain name. I am asking for someone to create me a website over which I simply have to add the content. I have a template already loaded that I like, and have customized the colors to some extent. I need to be able to connect it through IDX to the MLS.
Here is what I want you to do to my website:
1. Connect the IDX plugin, dsidxpress, to my MLS
2. A functioning quick search feature on every page (no need to search for rentals as my brokerage doesn’t handle them)
3. A functioning Property Search page that has a full property search feature including options for map search, advanced search, etc.
4. A mortgage calculator plugin on the Buyer’s page
5. A system that allows my clients to sign up / log in and save favorite properties and searches as well as a backend that allows me to see this information.
6. Remove the existing/included feature that allows different agents to login on the frontend to post properties. I’m the only agent, and I want to be able to add featured properties on the backend.
7. A landing page template that has a lead capture feature (to be used when sending traffic to my site from social media) that I can copy and customize as I have the need.
8. Upload different photos into the homepage carousel.
9. Delete any pages that are not part of my main menu or listed here.
What I need from you to maintain my site:
1. A guide on how to see the information entered by clients from the following pages: step 5 above, the Contact Us page, and the landing pages in step 7 above.
2. A guide on how to post and remove “Featured Properties” on the home page.
3. A guide on how to change the photos in the carousel on the homepage.
4. A guide on how to post blogs on my blog page. I thought this would be obvious, but the demo blog post that came with the template isn’t showing up, so my blog page may be set up incorrectly.
What I need you to be:
1. Experienced in creating WordPress real estate websites.
2. Excellent at communicating with me and keeping me "in the loop."
3. Able to make changes as I see the website coming together.
4. Able to complete this task by August 14.
