Requirements to apply: - Strong English for easy communication, no translators or agencies - Active daily online during US business hours 11am - 6pm EST / 8pm - 3:30am IST - NO AGENCIES, I DON'T WANT A TEAM, SOLO ONLY. Communication is best that way. - Full time freelancers only. Currently have 2-5hr of work per week and growing. - Keep a caring mind on the work you do, create backups, add notes, minimize overwriting css (ex. !important ) - Creative and design oriented, with easy-to-understand, clean written code - Trustworthy and privacy is a must. - No fake portfolios, no list of websites you've "completed" in the proposal, I want a handwritten proposal. - Most projects will be hourly, some project based. Must be happy with hourly rate (propose a rate you are happy with) - Please let me know you read the requirements by telling me your favorite color in your start of your proposal. I will throw away all ones that do not. ----------------- Hello! You may have seen this ad before, it is because I am having a hard time finding a QUALITY DEVELOPER with good communication, I am not hard to work with, I just need someone who does quality work like myself! I am a WP developer myself, I will be able to tell your skills, and if you are working alone or with a team. I can build websites, I need someone who can dig into the code to make the changes I need. Someone with a great design eye would be valuable help. My business goal is to give clients high-quality, dependable work! Needs to be modern looking, mobile-ready, and pass audits and speed tests.
