Design and develop an online real estate advertising site that charges listing fees to sell real estate, rent real estate, sell or rent timeshares, find roommates and sell or rent boats.

I will purchase the license fees for Mosets Hot Property and for all the programs do not include them in your bid.

Custom design a professional quality website.

Install Joomla (already installed)

Install Mosets Hot Property - [url removed, login to view] (already installed)

Install the availability extension calendar for rental properties from Mosets.

Insall MamboCharge Plus to charge customers by PayPal.

Install SEF Advance for search engine friendly URLs.

Configure all the above programs to fully operate with the features I request.

Customize all forms and web pages for each category selling real estate, renting real estate, selling and renting timeshares, selling and renting boats and finding roommates.

Create order pages for placing ads fees for single ads and 3 levels of monthly memberships. Additional fees for featured listings.

Consultation on improving the website.

I will provide the text for the pages and have a rough draft of the site ready to serve as a layout. I will provide examples of several sites I like.

I want the site built optimized for search engines and will provide the meta tags and keywords to use.

Indicate if you have Mosets HP experience or other real estate designs.
