Redesign Bodybuilding Website

I would like a redesign of my natural bodybuilding website complete with
a new logo. The site currently has over 60 pages. I would like a new
homepage with just a few templates that I can past text and graphics onto for the linking pages. I currently host with [login to view URL] and created my existing pages with their software. I don?t mind Flash or fancy menu options provided that you can tell me how to edit them in the future.
