Sharepoint Business Hub

We currently use an Access database that is customized and sold to sign companies to keep track of customers and their associated orders. The database is outdated and doesn't suit our needs well. We recently began using Office 365 and saw the advantages in Sharepoint workflows. We would like to have a Sharepoint site built to expand on the functionality of our current system, simplify it, and incorporate workflows so we can automate customer interaction and workflow. Below is a specific list of things we need to be included in the final product: - Customer entry and management. - Order tracking and creation. Many orders are associated with a single customer. We would like the ability to email the order form in a pdf template (to be provided), print it, or save to a pdf. - Line items repeating list. Each order is made up of several line items, each line item is a product we sell. A quantity, unit price, and tax information will have to be calculated here to show on-the-fly totals for each line item and for the order as a whole. - We want to hide the Microsoft ribbon for everyone except Sharepoint administrators. User within the employees permission group should be able to enter data into forms and edit it, but not make any changes to the site. Administrators should also have a sort of dashboard that allows them to see key statistics about orders and employees. - Workflows that assign tasks to employees based on a status field within the order. One step of our workflow will require the customer to view a file we have created and uploaded, and then approve or deny it (with comments) on a page within our site. Our timetable on this is 2 weeks. We have already tried someone else and after a month and half we still did not have something close to what we wanted. The mockups attached show exactly what we're trying to achieve and what we currently use. We built some of the site before realizing that we needed someone with more experience, we are not interested in a standard out-of-the-box list view for entering data. We are offering payment in two phases. Phase 1 after the completion and transfer of the Sharepoint site to us with full required functionality as described in the mockups. Phase 2 after the completion and implementation of a primary workflow for job tracking and customer interaction.
