Shopify filter menu creation in collection and product page and creation of sub collections

Hi, We need some very experience shopify developer to make changes in our theme for menu and navigation and sub collection. The developer has done some changes. But its not as we wanted. Developer has no expertise to make this as required . So we want some very experienced person for this to continue with that task as required. We have filter menu in our page but its not perfect. We have added details for required changes in doc file. Please go through that. Another thing is related to creation of collections. Right now we have only collections as follows [login to view URL] But we want 2 levels after collections as follows Collections/SubCollection1/Subcollection2 This should be like following site which is also based on shopify [login to view URL] . we want same navigation (2 levels after collection) and site filter menu to filter sub categories exactly like this site. We want 2 levels after collections. Our category hierarchy is as follows Main collection / Sub collection 1 / Sub collection 2 (eg : Men's Fashion / Foot Wear / Casual shoes) We want the same in our site like mentioned site.
