We have RTSP stream (up to 640*480) from a few survaliance cameras, and we watch it through browser. One stream from one camera at the moment, then switch to other camera stream if needs. This solution works on VLC-plugin, and we can use only old IE11 for now. We need completed solution without additional pay services, which will work with any modern browser in Win7 and Win10. Please, feel free to ask details.
