The candidate should have these qualities:
(1) Candidate should be a creative thinker, we are looking for TALENT, people who are self-starters and can used there own judgment on design, what looks best.
(2) Experience with used of PHP/Java/HTML, and web design should be clean and dynamic.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
A) Add Banner to Page
B) Change Colorschemes as Homepage
C)Transition look to make ensure it has a smooth look
D) Delete some content
E) Add a Navigation Menu
