Closing monitor with keyboard is working and open monitor with mouse click

Job Description:
I want to close the monitor of laptop and want keyboard continue to work ie: some text messages can be written without opening the screen. I want to open monitor with click of mouse.
There are some example code that closes the monitor but it opens the monitor when press any key from keyboard. I want only mouse can wake the motitor up, while keyboard can write anything while motitor is off.
