I have a few large Excel tables that must be incorporated into Microsoft Word

Job Description:
I am writing a literature view.
I have created two large tables in Excel that summarize 11 different papers. The first table summarizes the study characteristics, while the second paper summarizes the results.
I am struggling to convert these Excel tables into word in a presentable manner.
The formatting becomes messed up and the tables do not look presentable at all. The columns can become too narrow and the table fills up too many pages (40+ pages!!). The goal is to create two well-formatted, readable and presentable tables in Word based on the two Excel tables I am providing you.
Don't mind the text I have written in Word. The important parts to notice are the following two sentences marked in red in the word document:
INSERT TABLE ABOUT STUDY CHARACTERISTICS HERE (AFTER OUTCOME MEASURES)
INSERT TABLE ABOUT RESULTS HERE (THE TABLE CAN BE STARTED ON THE NEXT PAGE AS WELL).
This is where the tables should be placed.
Landscape mode is allowed if the tables don't look presentable in portrait mode.
Please find attached the Excel sheet with the tables that should be converted in a presentable manner to Word, and the Word document where the tables should be placed.
