Create Wordpress Design Theme from the existing HTML templates

Short Summary: We have a page on [login to view URL] which is pure html. We need to create a responsive Wordpress theme from it, which would have the same feel and look. We only have 1 day, but as the design is already done, it shouldn't take more than 8 hours for a professional. "Responsive" in this context just means that the second column on the right should show at the bottom of the screen if the screen width is not enough (on mobiles). On computers the theme should look as it is. Detailed explanation: There are only 2 different views: 1) The main page view is on [login to view URL] It shows the "about" page content at the top (a) then at the bottom lists the recent posts from "events" category (b) The right sidebar (d) consists of two blocks – the top square, which shows the date of the next event with an active link to it IF there is a post in the "upcoming" category. If there is no post in the "upcoming" category, it shows newsletter subscription field. Under the right sidebar there's an area (e) with fixed information about the project (can be another separate page content). 2) Post view, which shows a specific post from the "Events" category. At the top it shows the content of the post (a), at the bottom it lists the posts from the "People" category, but only those, which are connected to the main post (b) – a WP plugin will need to be installed to enable connection between the posts. under "People" category it lists 4 most recent posts from "Events" category. The right sidebar is the same and works the same as in the 1st view. The logo of the site (that says The Waiting Room) is a link that leads to the main page.
