Wordpress Site Search Plugin Input From CSV File

Job Description:

I want a Wordpress Site Search Plugin, which will restrict visitors to select only from the drop down menu, data for which will be from a CSV File.

Please note that the CSV file has around 900,000 line of data containing PIN codes with State, District etc.

This filtered list should form the "input of the search" of the default WordPress search field.
