Looking for long-term Wordpress Developer // Must: Development based on given Designs, Mobile First, Loading Times optimized

Hello fellow WP devs, I am searching for a Wordpress developer to work with for regular collaborative client projects. You need to be an individual and not an agency. I am running a small webdesign agency and slowly reaching a point where I need help to keep up with the work. Currently I am doing everything on my own but I now want to find a developer that could create the foundation of the websites for me. The process would be as follows: You get the design (usually 2-3 pages) > You create the website in Wordpress based on this design > I will finish the other pages, content etc. Close teamwork is therefore required. You must respect following: 1) All websites need to be done in a child theme of Total ([login to view URL]) Total is a very great theme that has developers in mind. You can literally create everything with it but its still not bloated with lots of addons or scripts. There are hooks for everything and the main dev is super responsive. I will provide the theme of course. 2) You should at least have basic knowledge of PHP. The more the better. The websites are not super complex. All of them are corporate sites that are mostly basic in structure. But you need to be able to customize some functions every now and then. We try to avoid using too many plugins for simple stuff. 3) You absolutely need to master CSS. For getting all the designs right, you need to use classes and IDs in the layout and address them via CSS. There is a lot of styling possible in the theme and page settings but you must be able to style the elements with CSS too. 4) Mobile First and Responsive Development All sites need to be developed mobile first and change layout based on bigger screens. Again, Total and the built in Visual Composer is making our life easy there but this is something to keep an eye on. 5) SEO in mind You will not need to do advanced SEO optimization. This is something I will take care of but you need to respect technical SEO aspects and keep page speed in mind at the development process. So you need to know how to use inline SVG, lazy load, hierarchical structure, image tags, image optimization and all that good stuff. Page speed is super important for all websites we will do together. We will check the speed on GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed. 6) Follow the brief and design Communication is king. I like to answer questions and help you brainstorm if you have any questions or considerations. I promise I will never let you down when you ask for help or need additional information. On the other hand, I expect you to follow the design and the brief I provide you. You will get all the designs (for mobile and desktop) in either XD or Figma and also images, content etc. You can totally focus on development and keep all the other fuss to me. But you need to deliver on the development. 7) Individuals only I know that a lot of agencies are here and ready to offer their service. I am NOT looking for an agency though. I am looking for an individual who is willing to grow together. I will provide frequent development jobs with always the same conditions, fair payment and also will help you understand my workflow. If I encounter an issue with your development I will try to explain to you what needs to be changed, so we can work more efficient on the next job.
