Need System Admin Experienced With VMware ESXi 6.0

We are a small startup who works in the Aerospace Education sector. We produce very unique education materials for pilots. Things like Textbooks, Online Courseware, Flight Maneuver Guides, and more. We are a growing company and we’re in search for a permanent System Administrator who is capable of advising us on best practices, is familiar with VMware ESXi 6.0 U2, WordPress, and a few others. This person should also be able to implement changes and build a new server virtual machines, as needed, using VMware ESXi 6.0 U2. We are in the process of moving away from a VPS who is hosting our company website. Initially, we need said System Administrator to build us one or multiple virtual machines on a single MacMini Server running VMware ESXi 6.0 U2. This MacMini Server will be hosted in a Data Center at MacStadium in Atlanta, GA. The MacMini was chosen because our company runs on all mac hardware. We want to stick with one brand of machine, and want to keep all of our hardware in one single data center. The machine will be behind a network firewall (Managed Cisco ASA). The managed firewall can be changed, based on your recommendations. We have not yet begun setting up this machine in the data center. First, we want to retain a professional. Once we have selected one, we want to begin work immediately. We will then start getting things setup in the data center. As I said above. Our first task will be the initial setup of VMware ESXi 6.0 U2. Then, a new virtual machine will need to be created. This new virtual machine that you’ve created will house our company website. Our company website is built on WordPress. It’s a resource intensive website which is heavily used for e-commerce and as a learning management platform (for online courses). We run approximately 30 plugins, which are all premium. These plugins are mostly developed by WooThemes (for WooCommerce). Our website requires the following: PHP 7, NGINX, Apache, Varnish (configured for WooCommerce), Memcached, Redis, APCU, and either Maria DB or Percona DB. All of this will need to be setup and configured by you, our new System Administrator. As I said above. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, who can advise us, and implement said recommendations (based on advising). Someone who will work with us long-term, and can grow with us as we grow. We are motivated to begin working on this project immediately.
