Script for export directory to PDF

Job Description:
Hello
Our client uses Wordpress and we use a plugin called Directories Pro ([login to view URL])
We use this directory as a Medic Index. Now our client want to offer to download that index as a PDF File so there clients can search for Doctors on there phone without been online. So we need an download button on the website (See attached) and when the visitor presses download it will generate a PDF for download with all the index in it. The PDF file should have an cover (JPG) and the index should be nice organized by category and city.
