Setup custom Wordpress plugin to track sports score

We have a Wordpress website for our sports league and need to build a plugin to track game schedules, standings and scores.
This is a two part project and you are bidding on the first part. This project is building the plugin structure and basic features, part two will expand the plugin features. Project requirements are listed below:
Custom Post Types:
Teams:
- this post type lists the teams that participate in our league
additional fields for teams:
players: a relational field showing which players are on this team, allows multiple selections, values from the 'players' post type
Players:
- this post type has the players that participate in the league
additional fields for players:
teams: a relational field showing which teams they play on, allows multiple selections, values from the 'teams' post type. This corresponds to the same relational field above. So players can be added/removed from a team through either post type
Events:
- these are the games that we play. This is the most complex post type and may need to be adjusted if you find things that don't work.
custom fields:
- Game date: calendar field with date selector, needs validation for date. format = USA: mm/dd/yyyy
- Game start time: needs to validate 12 hour AM/PM format: ie. 5:55am or 8:19pm, etc.
- Game length: text field
- Field number: text field
- Location: text field
- Home Team: relational field to select the team that is playing (from Team post type)
- Away Team: relational field to select the other team that is playing
- Final score: two number fields, labeled with the teams that are playing. This records the final score. (see attached screen shot example).
- Stats: A table to track stats for each player. This is a table similar to the attached screen shot. It will have two tables listing each team for the event and each player on that team. For each player there is the ability to enter stats. The stats to track are included on the plugin options page.
Taxonomies/Categories
Custom categories that will be available to the above post types.
Season:
- example values: Spring 2020, Fall 2019
- Available post types: Teams, Players, Events
- Single Select, ie. dropdown
City:
- example values: Hilliard, Dublin, Loveland
- Available post types: Teams, Players, Events
- Multiselect, ie. checkboxes
Division:
- example values: Junior, Varsity, Mini
- Available post types: Teams, Players, Events
- Single Select, ie. dropdown
Plugin Options page:
- Stats section: Allows the admin to define which stats are tracked on the event page, this is basically a list (similar to categories) the admin ca add to. Examples of stats would be: Passing Touch Downs, Receiving Touchdowns, Sacks.
Front-end Views
The following views will be available on the front end.
Schedules: a list of games broken up by dates
- Primary list view for events
- see attachment
- Add a column for 'location'
- By default will display events for all teams, seasons and divisions. (Part two will expand on this view)
Event: clicking on an event date/time will go to the details page for that event
- Primary view for event post type
- Similar to: [login to view URL]
- Name of event is: {Team 1 name} 'vs' {Team 2 name}
- Details: Date, Start Time, Game Length, Location, Field Number,
- Results: A table showing the total stats for each team, if they won or lost and the total points.
- Ignore the other boxes currently on the example link
Team List: a list of all the active teams
- Primary list view for teams
- Table with all active teams
- Columns are: Team Name, Season, City, Division, Wins, Losses, stats (from plugin options)
Team: clicking on any team name will go to a page with details for that team
- Primary view for team post type
