I posted a similar job opportunity a while back but now have a better idea of exactly what I am looking for.
Please see the attached Word doc. It is a series of screen captures from other web site examples plus a stock photo that represents the sections that I am looking for. Everything is pretty straight forward with the exception of the work samples collage (section 2). That will probably take some additional explaining.
I will provide a clean install of WordPress and admin access. I just need help getting the basic page structure off the ground and I can fine tune everything myself from there.

TOP NAV - Your standard top navigation bar with logo on the left; preferably collapses or disappears if someone scrolls down the page (Example [login to view URL])
WORK SAMPLES PHOTO COLLAGE + ANIMATED COMPANY LOGO - This is likely the trickiest part to build. I can't find an example of a WordPress photo collage that I like but will keep looking. I attached a stock photo image that kind of gives you an idea. I'm looking for an actual collage where I can manipulate the individual images in it, not a static hero or slider photo. (Example 2 Work Samples [login to view URL], attached)
CONTACT SECTION - Two column layout with basic contact details, a form and a Google map on the right side. (Example [login to view URL])
SCROLLING LOGOS - I love exactly how they do it near the bottom of the [login to view URL] home page
FOOTER - See also, [login to view URL] Simple centered logo and copyright info.
