Create a PC App, Ipad and Iphone Apps to handle task based mangement with auto printer requires MS SQL database using XOJO

A database created to handle tasks done through out the day in our business. The ipad needs to run the tasks. Screens will need tables, the ability to auto print and the ability to have work flow review from either an IPhone, IPAD or PC. THIS CAN't BE WEB BASED. The system has to be on our premises. The ipad will have to also be able to generate reports at specific times or after specific work flows that are automatically printed, either to a receipt printer or PC printer. All the data needs to store on a MS SQL database. The app will require the following: 1. Task check at the certain times, we need to be set times and some information is required in order to complete the task. We need the ability to state what is a requirement. Data will be enter in by date menu, time menu, or drop down menu on ipads. Once all data is entered, it needs to go to a supervisor for record review. It also needs signatures. 2. Tasks at any given time need to be completed, this particular task will require drop down menus, dates, time, numbers, and signatures, then auto printed to a receipt or label printer once done. This information must also propagate tables on other sides of the system. 3. A task that goes through a check list during certain times of the day as acceptable or not acceptable along with comments. It needs, date, time, and signatures. 4. Be able to connect to internal devices using rest API to pull data from sensors during certain times of the day. 5. This is the big one. This particular task takes a previous task. One task we need to do is have items logged by item count. Out of the item count, 10 percent have to go through a special 2 step check. Out of the 10 Percent, 10 percent of that (so 1 percent of the original item count) as to go through a direct observation check by a third person on both steps. It needs to notify both people of this check needing to be done. 6. It needs to support multiple users and have editable permissions. Meaning, I can designate certain tasks to certain users or mulitple users. It needs to alert them of the tasks. This is a front end and backend system setup. Bid it as such.
