Entertainment YouTube Operations Specialist

Our fast-growing Indian entertainment channel needs end-to-end support on video production and daily YouTube operations. The core content is short, high-energy entertainment clips, so turn-around speed, visual polish, and perfect scheduling are critical. Your day will start with raw footage and finish only when the clip is live (or queued) on our channel: edit, add motion graphics or quick effects, write attention-grabbing titles and descriptions, set the correct ad breaks, and push everything through our automation flows. Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, Photoshop (for thumbnails), YouTube Studio, and any helpful tools such as TubeBuddy or VidIQ should feel second nature. Because upload timing drives views in the entertainment space, you’ll own the calendar completely—selecting publish dates, setting playlists, and double-checking that every clip is monetised correctly. Automation management is already in place; you’ll simply keep it humming and suggest refinements whenever you spot an efficiency gain. Please note that the role is India-based for cultural alignment and time-zone coordination with the wider team. Weekly deliverables: • 3–5 fully edited entertainment clips (1080p or higher) • Custom thumbnail for each clip • Keyword-rich title, description, and tags • Video scheduled or published inside YouTube Studio as per calendar When you reply, focus on your experience that proves you can handle this pipeline without hand-holding.
