YouTube Shorts Dark-Humor Comedy Scripts

@iwebphpdeveloper

Hi, I can write original dark-humor scripts that are edgy, entertaining, and structured specifically for YouTube Shorts. I’ll focus on a strong opening, natural build-up, clever twists, and memorable punchlines while keeping the content within YouTube Community Guidelines. Each script will feel conversational and easy to perform rather than overly scripted. Best Regards, Abhijeet

Hi, I’d love to work on this. I’ve been writing professionally for 5+ years, and I really enjoy writing content where the voice, pacing, and payoff matter as much as the actual idea. For short-form comedy, I can build scripts around a strong premise, establish the situation quickly, gradually make it more ridiculous, and then land the punchline without over-explaining the joke. I’m also comfortable with darker, more unexpected humor while avoiding recycled or generic ideas. This includes ensuring distinct character voices, natural dialogue, comedic escalation, and a satisfying ending. Plus, I have access to AI video models, so I can even provide visuals of the scripts in action. So, feel free to contact me, and we can get started. If we click creatively, I’d definitely be interested in continuing with regular scripts. Cheers,

Hi, I’d love to write original dark-humor comedy scripts for your YouTube Shorts channel. I understand the balance you’re looking for: edgy enough to stand out, but structured and written carefully enough to stay within YouTube Community Guidelines. For the initial 4 scripts, I’ll focus on: • Strong hooks within the first few seconds • Clear setup → escalation → unexpected punchline • Dark, witty and absurd humor without relying on lazy shock value • Natural dialogue and conversational pacing • Visual/comedic moments that work well for Shorts • Original concepts tailored to your channel’s style • Approximately 2 minutes per script • Clean formatting ready for voice-over/production I’ll make each script feel distinct while maintaining a recognizable comedic voice across the channel. I can also incorporate recurring characters, themes or running jokes if you want to build a consistent series. I’m happy to use the 4 scripts as a style test and refine the tone based on your feedback before moving into regular production. Turnaround: 3–4 days for all 4 sample scripts. I’m ready to start immediately. Thanks! Kamran

My main professional profile is in finance, and I also write original fiction and screenplays as an independent creative project, including the psychological mystery pilot THE LAST HUMAN. For your channel, I can deliver four original dark-comedy scripts of about two minutes each in three days: a quick hook, escalating situation, and a strong closing punchline. I'll send four short premises for a tone check, then polished ready-to-record scripts with one revision. I will keep the humor edgy within YouTube Community Guidelines. Which two videos best represent your preferred voice and limits? Work starts after we agree scope and fund a milestone.

I I am having the experience and writing such content and Happy doing this as I am doing this from last Some years I would not feel you disappoint

@Oluwaseyi221

Dark humor only works when the joke is actually funny. Making a topic “dark” by itself doesn’t create a punchline. For a 2-minute Short, the setup needs to pull viewers in quickly, the build-up needs to keep escalating without giving away the joke too early, and the ending needs to make the previous lines click into place. The YouTube guideline requirement makes the writing even more interesting. The scripts can have an edgy tone and unexpected subjects while keeping the actual comedy clever enough that it doesn’t depend on crossing the line. The four samples are also a good way to establish the channel’s voice. Once the right balance of absurdity, pacing, sarcasm, and punchlines is clear, future scripts become much easier to keep consistent without feeling repetitive. What kind of dark humor are you aiming for most: awkward everyday situations, absurd scenarios, satire, or something more deadpan?
