Budget = $20 CAD per 8 minute video. Room to increase to $25 CAD after 30 days of our working together
The goal for all videos is high average WATCH TIME (for example, if a video is 10 minutes long, and the average viewers watches 6 minutes of it, this means that watch time is 60%, which is GOOD)
If the watch time is good, I can increase the pay.
If the watch time is bad, then my youtube pay is bad so I can not increase the pay.
For videos 10 minutes, it is hard to get 50% watch time.
So good watch time means:
60%+ if the video is 0-5 minutes
55%+ if the video is 5-10 minutes long.
50%+ if the video is over 10 minutes long.
I would recommend you watch a few of my videos to let me know what I should to help you with the editing, is my lighting/camera bad? why are some videos doing better than others?
