Job Description:
We need to replicate these steps using a combination of Zoho CRM/Forms/Sign/Subscription
Subscriptions
1. User Purchases Subscription
2. Asked to Register For an Account
1. Data is put into CRM with a tag based on type of subscription
1. Fitness or Fun Tag, for example
2. Converted to Customer if lead is present from salesIQ, forms, etc
3. User is verified if a “waiver” has been filled out
1. If a waiver is on file, then user is passed to payment screen

2. If not on file, then user is passed to waiver (form or sign)
1. After completing waiver, the user is passed to payment screen.
Waiver
1. Over 18 Signing
1. The waiver is tied to their CRM contact
1. If lead it is converted to contact
2. A tag is added “waiver signed”
2. If Child is registering for service:
1. Parent Or Legal Guardian must complete the application
2. Child Sub-Form with Relationships
1. Parent
1. Child of Parent
2. Child of Parent
CRM
1. Relationships (only contacts / we don’t use accounts)
1. Parent - Child
2. Parent - Spouse
3. Contact - Service
1. We have different business that will manage their own CRM contacts. We will want to create that relationship so that we can distinguish them
2. Customer A will buy Subscription A from business A and will have the relationshp (Contact - Business A)
2. Import Data From Previous Software
1. This will have relationships as discussed above
2. Need to ensure no duplicates
Bookings
1. Zone A is booked and a custom function is verified if they have a certain type of subscriptions
1. We need to limit a zone to certain amount of Reservations per time slot
2. Prefer no to use group booking service
2. Zone B is booked and we need to be able to add products to their booking.
1. They rent zone 1 and we offer to add product 1 or product 2 and X quantity
3. Customize the layout of bookings
