Every time you make a withdrawal, you'll be able to check its status immediately. In fact, as soon as your withdrawal request is successfully submitted, you'll receive a site notification and an email about it.
You'll be able to check the status of your withdrawal request by going to the Financial Dashboard page. To go there, hover over your balance at the upper right part of your Dashboard, select Finances, and select the Withdrawals tab.
Alternatively, you can hover over your balance, select Withdraw Money, and scroll down to the Pending Withdrawals section.
Here's the information available regarding your withdrawal request:
Requested at - shows the date when your withdrawal request was filed
Amount - shows the amount of earnings that you filed for withdrawal
Details - specifies the method you chose in withdrawing your earned funds
Status - indicates the current state of your withdrawal request
Processing date - shows when your withdrawal request will get processed from our end
Note: The date when you can receive your funds will depend on the withdrawal method you used.
Withdrawal Request Status
When the status says Pending, it means your withdrawal is waiting to be processed. Here are the withdrawal cut-off and processing times:
- 5pm on Sunday, New York time or 7am on Monday, Sydney time - This will be processed on Monday, New York time or Tuesday, Sydney time.
- 5pm on Wednesday, New York time or 7am on Thursday, Sydney time - This will be processed on Thursday, New York time or Friday, Sydney time.
The withdrawal request status will show as Delayed for first-time withdrawals. If this is your first withdrawal, there will be a delay of 15 days for security and verification checks to be made before your request is processed.
After a successful first withdrawal, the 15-day delay will no longer apply to succeeding withdrawals.
Once your withdrawal request passes verification checks, its status will show as Verified. It means that your request will follow the given processing date on your Withdraw Money page.
When the status changes to Processing, it means that your withdrawal is on its way. You will then be notified by email once the payment is sent.
For Plus, Professional, and Premier Members who have at least one (1) successful withdrawal before, daily withdrawal processing is now available. The release of the funds through your withdrawal method will still depend on the method used.
