Need an expert in Matlab Programming

I usually do not write reviews here but this one deserves one to help others intending to hire him. 1. Not professional. 2. Delayed by work by 2 days and what he actually gave was useless. I gave him a github code to "refer" instead he copied the whole code as it is and kept of calling me names and scammer just to get the payment. 3. He is not the professional. He is just a middleman getting work done from others at half price. 4. Does not have the expertise as claimed.
