Hi, I’m Adriana, :::2021 UPDATE::: I check my Freelancer profile once a month. I can have your good looking CV, ready in 3 days for 35usd! But... get to know me first: I started freelancing in 2018, after I was laid off by the company I was working in. I know... not such a good introduction, but that's the real story and the reason why I jumped into the freelancing world. Freelancing from South América to the world it's an everyday challenge because working abroad is something I would have never imagined doing. I'm oriented towards People and Organizations Development within the field of Human Resources, holding experience with family businesses, national and international companies as well as working within a multicultural environment. I am passionate about Job Counseling, Resume and Cover Letter Drafting, LinkedIn Profile Improvement; Life Coaching f2f + online sessions as well as HR Consultancy and Development (Training, Administration, Recruiting). Work is done in Spanish and English! Regarding my background, I graduated from Republic Uruguayan University, I have a Psychology degree, HR, NLP and a Train The Trainers Diploma. I've been very lucky and have had the opportunity to travel the world both for work and tourism, touring countries on almost every continent and exchanging wonderful experiences with people from all over the world. This has allowed me to develop my entrepreneurial skills as well as my ability to adapt to different people and get to know different professional realities. It may sound cliché but I love my job, and I'm happy with the fact that I can live from what I chose to do in life. Therefore, I guarantee a professional, serious, reliable and creative service, with a high level of communication adapted to each clients need.
