Cartooning Elements
When it comes to cartoons their is a wide variety of styles, dimensions, age range, and imagination. When it comes to webisodes or episodes getting the best representation for your budget is critical. Think about how much a disney cartoon cost, if you are wanting something as technical savy as that then you will be dishing out time and money. Cartoons cost by the second, because their is literally 32 still pictures for a second of cartoon. Static backgrounds and repetitive motions will run you far less and you will still get a quality finished work.
