Automated card system ACS «ARGUS» for commercial bank - member of National System of Mass Electronic Payments (NSMEP), developed Under the contract with National Bank of Ukraine according to the technical project of IT Department of National Bank of Ukraine; The NSMEP is a domestic state banking multi - issuing mass electronic payment system, in which all payments for goods and services, receiving cash and other transactions are effected with payment smart cards according to technology, developed by the National Bank of Ukraine. ACS «ARGUS» complies with all NBU requirements to the software of a NSMEP member bank and is designed to ensure the following principal functions provided by the NSMEP technology:
