Hello, Sean here. I'm a marketing consultant from New York.
I would usually write a more general pitch but in this case, I think that this could be a perfect fit.
I've been "swimming" in the coffee world for the past five years.
From spending a lot of time in coffeeshops, getting to know people in the industry to even branding one coffee business (attaching), I'm already relatively familiar with the product and the market.
Needless to say I love this space and I think I can bring real value to the table.
More in particular, I would suggest starting with strategy to distinguish you from the crowd and communicate a clear (and unique) message to a specific audience.
The problem is that this is a highly saturated market. I see many brands both in coffeeshops and in stores. Some are different enough to be noticed but the rest are just competing for attention among themselves.
So the first order of business would be finding a market need/ want/ or 'might want' and positioning a brand to be noticed.
Everything else stems out of that core. The brand identity, the website and design and even the distribution strategy.
There's a lot more I could, and would, love to go into if you decide to reply to this message.
A little about me and what I do:
