Bernard is the best Java programmer I have found on Freelancer. I have been working a project for a while and it has giving me the opportunity to work with about a dozen Java Programmers. At the project was coming closure to completion, the programming problems would become more difficult to resolve. As the problems became more difficult, I would find that the current programmer could not resolve the issue, then go look for a better programmer. Bernard fixes all the bugs that other could not.

Upgrade client Java Communications routines to run longer then 30 days without disconnecting from server

I have gone through six different freelancers that said they could fix a network issue I was having with a Java application. When I posted another project to get this communications issue resolved, Bernard seemed confident that he could resolve my issue so I gave him the project. Bernard was the first programmer that truly understood how multi casting in Java works. Current plans are to continue working Bernard. A very thorough program developer.

I have introduced exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) as a novel technique in a wrist watch-deployed fall detector. A fall detector must be sensitive to abnormal acceleration while still insensitive to normal acceleration even higher than during a fall. This is achieved with a state machine acting as a pattern recognition engine that continuously monitors a data stream as a time series, aided by EWMA. I optimized this model using using machine learning.
