The Computer center has the high-end servers of IBM and HP installed to cater the needs of the network environment. The client machines are configured with AMD Athelon and Sempron processors, 256/512 MB RAM, and 80GB disk spaces. All machines are hardwired and net enabled. Quality of Service is maintained through manageable CISCO equipments.
One Mbps of net bandwidth is available from two different ISP's which is again backed up with BRI ISDN, thus providing 27x7 uninterrupted internet facility. All computers are powered from online UPS, backed up by two D.G sets of 250 KVA and 500 KVA.
The amenity center provides all the basic needs like a mini market place within the campus. It has a fast food outlet, a bank extension counter with ATM facilities, a stationary shop, a public STD booth etc.
The library is spread over 1260 sq.meters with seating capacity of 300. It has over 24,000 books in various disciplines, 800 CD ROMS and 200 Project Reports. It also subscribes to more than 50 magazines and 70 Indian and Foreign journals. IEEE transactions and conference proceedings are available. The transactions of the books is fully automated.
