I am a highly experienced C# developer, using practically anything that has to do with C# tools, databases, backed by technological awesomeness provided by Docker and Azure services. However, words are not enough and time is not enough to explain what 22 years of professional software development does to you both as a person and as a skilled, trained worker. Whatever you have in mind, whether it is indeed C#-based or needs another technology stack, I can definitely do it. I already used at least 30 programming languages, of which at least 28 are still used in 2022 across the world.
