Scheduling example utilizing Excel
We conduct our schedule bids twice a year. This example is a result of the schedule bid with schedules complete. We use this spreadsheet in order to develop a weekly schedule. The tabs with each day of the week shows how many individuals are working on any given day. The numbers are removed when someone is scheduled off. This relates to the "OT Needs" tab that then tells me where additional hours may be scheduled as requested.
